Owner / CEO – Zero1.  Rick has spent the majority of his professional career in motorsports. He served as President / COO for Petty Holdings, LLC (PHC) for over 23 years. At PHC he oversaw the operations of Richard Petty Driving Experience and their driver training programs. He has developed hundreds of driver training programs for a broad base of clients. He has competed in motorsports as a driver, crew chief and car builder, racing on ovals, road courses and most recently off-road. Rick has extensive experience in automotive mechanics, fabrication and design. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Syracuse University.  He has a passion for driving instruction. He has designed and delivered ground mobility driver training programs on both pavement and off-road for Naval Special Warfare (NSW), USAF and the Marine Corps since 2010.

Owner/ COO- Zero1.  Michelle has an extensive background in business and operations with the majority of her career spent in the motorsports industry. She spent over 10 years in NASCAR having served as a team member for Hendrick Motorsports, Penske Racing, Diamond Ridge Motorsports and Petty Enterprises where she held a number of operational and business roles. In 1999, she joined Petty Holdings, LLC where she became the first female Operations Manager. In her role she oversaw the business and operations of team of 30+ employees that delivered experiential driving programs across the country.  Michelle and Rick Fedrizzi purchased Zero1 in 2014 and relocated to Las Vegas, NV. Michelle manages the financial responsibilities of Zero1 in addition to overseeing business operations.

Director of Operations – Zero1.  Shane grew up in the auto racing industry, starting his career in go-karts at a young age in Central New York. He later moved to the modified series before moving to North Carolina to join Petty Holdings, LLC (PHC) in 1992. He spent more than 25 years at PHC where he held a number of operational and instructor roles. He was directly involved in the design and delivery of driver training programs for a broad base of clients. He joined Zero1 in 2017 where he has immersed himself in the off-road industry. Shane currently oversees the mechanical and tour operations and has been instrumental in the implementation of new operational procedures that have improved efficiency and program delivery. He has competed in a number of off-road races including the legendary Mint 400. He has served as an instructor for ground mobility driver training programs for NSW, USAF and the Marine Corps.
